Arkenford was formed with a clear vision of the service and quality that we want to deliver. The company has grown rapidly from its inception through maintaining a strategic focus our core expertise, namely the delivery of insight through the creative use of information and in depth knowledge of our markets.

At Arkenford we focus on delivering our expertise to our clients. We have a select set of partnerships and a strong list of suppliers who can compliment our skills and allow us to deliver flexible full service solutions, from an international field force, or specialist skills in interviewing children to marketing solutions and complex web survey programming.
With no field force to feed we are able to select the best supplier for each job with the right field resources and necessary expertise to deliver quality data.
Crawford Christie - Managing Director
Crawford has more that 20 years experience in research in his earlier years working across Europe, Asia and Africa for large management and research consultancies. He contributes in-depth knowledge of our specialist market sectors a keen ability to conceptualise our clients requirements and the appropriate solutions.
A key driving force in his desire to found the company was to make better use of research and exploit the ever increasing ways of integrating different kinds of information.
Ben Moxon - Research Director
Ben has a wide range of research and consultation experience in both the commercial and public sectors. He has worked in the industry for the last 15 years, for organisations such as Harris Research, Network Research, and as a founding research director at Enteleca. He has managed a wide range of research projects, from international omnibus to large scale qualitative programmes and individual concept tests. Ben will ensure that our research is cost effective and to the point.
Mark Lenel - Technical Director
Mark's experience of data handling and data modelling tasks at Enteleca and previously within the Technical Systems unit of Research International and Continental lends itself well to his current role at Arkenford.
Mark is responsible for much of the modelling and data analysis conducted by the company. He runs a team that is able to combine statistical and modelling expertise with a sound understanding of human behaviour.
