The Arkenford team.
Crawford Christie (MD), Ben Moxon and Mark Lenel are the founding directors of Arkenford, all share a passion for making the most of research information and ensuring that whatever data we use it is able to deliver robust, reliable insight that aids the decision making of our clients.
Crawford has in depth sector knowledge in each of the areas in which we work. In the Travel & Tourism sector he developed the ArkLeisure segmentation, an innovative approach to segmentation based on customer's values and purchase drivers and Travel XRay a direct marketing targeting tool.
In the Gaming sector Crawford has provided marketing, content and strategic guidance for some of the major industry innovations in recent years. Crawford has been instrumental in the development of a research database and gamer segmentation built from the GameVision Europe data that we have collected since 2003 which provides reliable market statistics and allows subscribers to carry out both tracking and in depth consumer analysis.
Ben has been led our use of ArkLeisure, identifying current and potential customers for some of the leading tourism destinations and attractions in the UK. He has overseen the development of ArkZone, an implementation of the ArkLeisure segmentation that supports direct marketing activity, allowing clients to target suitable segments of the market through their postcode.
He has also been involved in the development of the Travel Navigator, an insight tool that allows the industry to tracks the bookings and travel intentions of the UK market.
