Developed to help our clients to understand their customers. Using census information and a wealth of data from our leisure research we can now take your client database and instantly show you who is actually in it.
The profiling tool automatically uses the postcode data from your clients to show you how many of each kind of person you actually have on your database:
- Demographic information: shows you how many of your clients are male, female, their age groups, marital status, employment status, and social grade (ABC1 etc.), children, and more.
- Geographic information: where your clients are located.
- Accommodation: whether they are renting, homeowners, etc.
- ArkZone®: using the ArkLeisure® psychographic segmentation system developed for Visit Britain, we have identified eight segments' value sets which underlie leisure purchase behaviours.
- Travel XRay™: a behavioural segmentation based on the purchase behaviours of UK travel consumers.
- Media use: instantly see which media are the most popular among members of your database.
All of this information is supplied in an easy to read spreadsheet so that you can immediately access the data and quickly identify who makes up your core market.
